you are greeted with a smile by a woman at reception with positive energy and checked in quickly.. that smile takes over other staff just as nicely and you are taken to your room. the room is clean nice air conditioning everything good.. in the morning you wake up and go down to a breakfast.. where the breakfast team meets you with waiter Yakup in charge.. hugely friendly and competent staff do everything to make you feel comfortable..

Relatively new hotel (opened in 2017) Excellent standards of service up up to the brand reputation, friendly and helpful staff (so are most people in Diyarbakir). Please pass our warmest greetings to Emre and Fatma Nour who helped us to get out of a trouble when we had no cash to take a taxi from Sur back to the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast too, especially the dried vegetables dolma.
