I am an entrepreneur from Latvia – I own 11 stores and three Booking.com apartments, one of which is a large house. Therefore, I have experience in guest hosting and service, and I am happy to share my observations, which may be useful for you. First of all, I would like to say a big thank you for the warm welcome and the kind attitude of the staff – special thanks to Mrzda, who truly made me feel like a welcomed guest. All the small, thoughtful gestures during my stay were very pleasant. The hotel’s location and overall concept are excellent, and I can see the potential for this place to become a higher-class hotel with higher prices if just a few improvements are made to the interior and service quality. However, there were several details that caused discomfort. The room did not have the promised TV or minibar, the balcony area left an untidy impression as unnecessary items were stored there, and in the early mornings the housekeeping staff were very loud. During the entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once – towels were not changed, toilet paper was not replenished, and garbage was not taken out, which should be a standard part of the service. It does not need to be done daily, but at least once during six days it should have happened. I especially want to mention one situation that left an unpleasant aftertaste. One evening I ordered a glass of wine and paid for it. Later, the host himself came and politely topped up my glass, which I perceived as a hospitable gesture – since I had not asked for more wine. However, later, when I ordered a third glass from a staff member, I was told that I also had to pay for the previous top-up. Of course, six euros is not a significant amount, but such a situation should not occur – the guest should pay for what they order themselves, not for what is seemingly given as a complimentary gesture. Another unpleasant moment was during my early morning departure.

Thank you for the wonderful fortnight we spent at the Garden Bungalow! The house is cozy, everything is just like the pictures and even better. The air conditioner works perfectly, with the silent mode on it is practically inaudible. There are a fridge, dishwasher, set of kitchen utensils. You can cook dinner, make fresh, or just enjoy the wonderful air, mountain view, sitting in front of the house with a glass of wine. The beach is 5 minutes walk, you can walk along the promenade. You can also go hiking, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, the fresh air of the pine forest. As for the grocery shops: Valmart supermarket is 5 mins away, Migros is not too far away either. The manager was always in touch and all our questions were solved very quickly. Ersin Bey, the owner of the complex, was very helpful. We were given a tour of the old town and were taken to Göynük Kanyonu, the views there are mesmerizing. There are still not many tourists in March, so we really enjoyed our trip to the canyon. My two daughters and I felt the attention, care and hospitality throughout our stay, for which we are truly grateful. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The fresh pastries were fantastic. We were also treated to national specialities, lovely desserts and wonderful coffee. We consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen this place for our holiday. Although we not only had a holiday, we also studied and worked while we lived here. The internet is stable and fast. We used the airport transfer service offered to us twice, we were met on arrival at the beginning of our holiday and after our holiday we were comfortably driven to Antalya airport after our vacation. It was very convenient and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable holiday (or accommodation if you have a remote job). Thank you, Ersin Bey! The best thing about this beautiful hotel, is the excellent and prompt VIP-like customer service that I received. Starting from the reception desk, where check-in literally took just a few minutes, and where Mr. Aly was very helpful and friendly, and always responded positivelyto all my requests; to most of the staff members of the hotel, particularly Mrs Reem, the guest relationship manager, whose immediate & swift response to practically anything that I've requested, was dazzling. The hospitality of many of the hotel staff members was unparalleled. Thanks to Mrs Reem, once again, who sets an example for many of her colleagues. I found her constantly shutting between the reception desk, the breakfast room, and the guest relationship desk, in order to solve the problems and satisfy the needs of her guests. She has indeed made it very difficult for me, and I guess for many other guests, to choose in the future, any other hotel other than this one. I have one more comment to say, the cleanliness of the rooms, not to mention that the pillows, were the fluffiest I've ever felt, considering that I have been constantly traveling throughout my life, but never came to feel such beautiful and comfortable pillows, as the ones provided in my room. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with many diverse foods to choose from. I would give this hotel a score of 10, out of 10.
