The staff are wonderful, the small touches (such as remembering where we were from and football team we support) is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location! The smell of the hotel when you enter, is the most inviting smell, I looked forward to it after my first stay. Additionally, pillows are fantastic!

Amazing staff. Delik, Serdar, and the other lovely lady at reception whom I unfortunately dont remember the name (blonde). Clean rooms. Great room service with splendid food. Strategic location as well in walking distance of malls, shops, and metro. It's a bit too pricy but worth it.
