The overall facilities, the staff and location is really good. 1. The hotels spa and gym photos dont do justice with the over all ambience of the facilities, they are far more better than what they look like in the pictures. 2. Location: it has a perfect location with 3 mins walk from the nearest bus station right behind the hotel, from where direct buses go to the city's main attractions like taksim square and istiklal street. The nearest metro station is 8 mins walk and has direct linkage to blue mosque and grand bazar. 3. The locality has many shops near by, with alot of places to eat with in 2 mins walking distance. I would come back and stay at the same place. Highly recommended. I am not going to name any staff here as all of them were very accomodating and ready to help even in late hours.

The hotel was just amazing and calm It's my 4th time there, great location near 2 malls and restaurants. The hotel service is excellent, and particularly, the hotel team was extremely helpful and professional, especially Turgay, the duty manager, Mrs Nihan, the guest relationship the reception staff, Singe, Ezgi, and Ikram... One of the best few hotels in Istanbul. As the stay was absolutely wonderful and matched with my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and real as in the hotel posted photos. Towels smelled good and shower consumables are on quality. All furniture found working and in new shape. WiFi was really good compared to many other hotels in Istanbul. The staff was incredibly friendly and make us feel right at home. (Thanks to Afsir and Mustafa and everyone of the hotel staff and management) Hotel location is good with few steps from the lake side walk. The breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place
