hygiene in this hotel is at the highest level! and the apartment has everything you need from dishes and everything else! I was most impressed by the water pressure in the showers and there was always hot water! the staff is very friendly and there is always a man in front of the hotel who will wait for you and help you park your car in front of the hotel or in the garage! I would only recommend them to include breakfast in their offer

I came to Istanbul for business, feeling very stressed, but from the moment I arrived at JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea, I felt right at home. The service was truly amazing - professional, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to Kağan, Gamze, and Doğa. They made sure everything was perfect during my stay and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, with new and stylish furniture. Everything is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The most important thing is the cooperation and assistance of the staff. I really appreciate Ms. Shohida attention and prompt response to my case as she was so efficient and responsive which made my stay stress-free. I had an amazing stay at The Nirvanas Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy, and the location was perfect — but what truly made my experience exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Miraysu, the manager. She was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, she always made sure everything was perfect. She answered all my questions, helped with every request, and did it all with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her support made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable, and I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend The Nirvanas Hotel, and I sincerely hope everyone gets to experience this level of care. I’d definitely stay here again!
