All room space was pretty safe for infant. Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Hot beverages in the lobby that were included to out stay was the kindest touch to the concept of this hotel. Big thanks to Mr. Serkan Başlı from the reception for his kindness and helpful behaviour.

Let's start with the location - it's truly unbeatable. Situated right next to a vibrant mall, the hotel offers not only convenience but also a fantastic atmosphere. Whether I wanted to explore local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, everything was within easy reach. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Now, onto the food - simply divine! The hotel's restaurant served a delightful array of dishes, from local specialties to international cuisine, each prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with exquisite taste. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options to start the day right. What truly set Hayat Regency apart, however, was the impeccable service. I am so happy that I chose Park Inn for my Izmir journey! I liked everything: room design, kettle, warm temperature, quiet street, no noise from neighbors and high class staff. Location is very good. And there is a terrace on the breakfast floor with wonderful view!
