Location, staff, cleanliness of the room. It is located in the best sunset spot of Kas, Cukurbag. Amazing sunsets with delicious coctails. Rooma with sea views also has the sunset view, rooms are well designed and even hairdryers are the ones you’d use at home. We’ve spent 6 nights and would love to come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Luff Suites. It was nicely done up in a modern, simple style, which I found both aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Other things worth mentioning : the bed was very comfortable, there were lots of mirrors and an iron (both rare these days !), the TV had Netflix… The balcony was bathed in sunlight at all hours of the day (there’s shade too, if that is what you prefer). The breakfast was exceptional. Not only was there a wide selection bought directly to your table, but all the produce was incredibly fresh and tasty. I can’t even remember the last time I had that level of quality in a hotel breakfast. It was also incredibly clean - I actually asked when Luff Suites had been opened, expecting it to be recently, when in fact it’s been four years. Location is also convenient - you are right in the center and close to all places of interest : just a couple of strides from the Old Town; 5 minutes from the sea in one direction, a Lycian tomb in another, the bus station for local connections… There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around. Staff was friendly and attentive, and very kindly upgraded me to a suite on arrival.

Very clean, comfortable apartment with lovely views. Comfortable walking distance to town centre. Had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was in excellent condition. Rooms had a lovely seaside colour scheme. Staff were friendly and polite. Quick and easy check in.

Absolutely incredible, solid 10. Every aspect of our stay was a roaring success! The facilities are well designed and well maintained. Everything speaks attention to detail and care. Rooms are furnished in style, cleaned every day, all the sheets, pillows and towels feel fresh and comfy. True superstar breakfast, that was our daily highlight. They serve a small selection of Turkish breakfast dishes varying daily, fresh fruit and veg, cheese, some pastries and other bits. Everything tasted so great, you just know people put a lot of thought and effort in picking ingredients and thinking the menu through. Even the tea station had a little hand-picked herbs jar! Very thankful to the staff too, they were always so kind, positive and proactive with every request, helping you get the best out of you stay. Huge kudos to both front and back desks, you doing an amazing job! Also, it's perfectly located so that you are far enough from all the touristic buzz, but not too far to walk to your cafes and shops and even some of the swim spots. Cozy and good looking pool, plenty of parking space, cute beach towels available upon request. Whoever is running the place, thanks a lot, you're doing a great job!

The place is cosy and quiet, breakfasts are good, I especially liked coffee and bread with cheeses and vegetables. The hosts are nice and friendly. You can go down to the sea and find a nice swimming place with a ladder on the rocks. Or you can catch a bus every 30 minutes and go to the beach or city center. I loved the place, totally recommend it
