The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

The hammam's serene ambiance combined with skilled therapists ensured a truly indulgent escape. It was a wonderful way to unwind and immerse ourselves in the local culture. Aside from the spa, the hotel's focus on comfort was evident in every aspect. The accommodations were spacious, well-appointed, and designed with relaxation in mind. The attention to detail in providing a serene haven made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Adana's attractions. Whether we were indulging in the spa's treatments or enjoying the comfortable room, our overall experience was characterized by a perfect balance of leisure and luxury. This was an overnighter for us on our way to Sanliurfa and our first experience in a big city centre away from the coastal resorts. What an experience! We had a great 24 hours exploring, and the hotel was in a perfect location for this. We were given an upgrade to a room on the 8th floor with a large balcony overlooking both the city and the snow covered mountains in the distance! A perfect end to the day watchhing the sun set. The room was a good size, with tea and coffee making facilities, comfy beds, super warm and a great buffet breakfast the following morning. We weren't sure what to expect but this did exceed our expectations in terms of location, valet parking, local restaurants and walkability to local sites. In our short stay we did so much.

It was a well stay for me. From the check in to out everything was well managed. The room was clean and with the amenities. Wifi works very well. AC is also because Adana is a very hot city :) it was quite during nights so you dont hear the road noise. The kitchen has various options for food. I loved the soup especially. The breakfast was also very rich and fresh.

First, the location is excellent and close to everything in Seyhan, Adana. Second, The staff are always welcoming and helpful especially Mrs. Essa and Mehmet also the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is so good.. Look no further, this one the best hotels you can stay in. Thank you Koza hotel.
