The staff were wonderful—reception and valet were very welcoming, and Emin was especially outstanding, always helping us with useful tips about the city. Our room was very clean, fully equipped, with a super comfortable bed and perfect soundproofing. Room service was excellent, and everyone was always smiling and kind. The Italian restaurant on the 5th floor was a highlight, with breathtaking sunset views, high-quality dishes, spotless service, and a fantastic team including Buse and her colleagues. During check out time lady named again Buse- Great! Valet guys even opened the car door for me to sit❤️❤️🌸

The highlight is the owner, Mr. Sadat... he is an absolute gem of a man and trusts7hw his recommendations on food and things to do... we were directed to a local restaurant close to Pamukkale, and the wood fired slow cooked lamb was out of this world...

Wonderful location and beautifully restored property. Decor in rooms was fabulous, lots of beautiful pieces hand selected by the owner. Rooms were great size. Pool area was gorgeous as was the bar area. Staff were amazing! They all made our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious and fresh- really wonderful. Thank you Oky for looking after us so well!! The owner and staff were amazing and super hospitable. The breakfast was nice and homey. Great location too. Parking can be tricky but the staff are super helpful to help park the car if you face any difficulties. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend to friends coming to Kusadasi.

Staff was friendly and helpful i had a problem with my AC and got a better room with no fuss after they tried to fix it. Extremely quick and kind staff both the people working in the reception and the other staff are very friendly. Not to mention the hotel was very clean and well kept. For the price this is a bargain it has a very nice pool, a bar plenty of food and fruits for breakfast and it looks like they were still expanding building something more next to the pool. There was not anything to not like, the hotel is perfect wheter you wish to travel around it's a central location with both taxis, supermarket, bars, ATM's and the beach very close by. PS as shown in the pictures they also have a cute kitty that strolls around especially around breakfast it knows not to come inside but will gladly greet you if you call for it. The pictures are from my hotel room and from the breakfast with the cat :)!

I liked the location, close to the Ladies beach and Green beach (on mini bus №5 need 5 minutes) and also close to the center, 15 minutes walk to the center. The selection of breakfast is not big, but everything they prepare is very tasty.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty. More cigarette butts lying around on the beach than pebbles. Surrounding area also dirty. Very disappointed in Kusadasi. Went to a recommended restaurant and got ripped off with inflated prices and terrible food.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions. It is a pleasant town, within the limits of what human nature will allow, with good local restaurants, shops and services. It is easily accessible by Havas bus from Izmir airport (less easily accessible from Bodrum airport)

Kusadasi is now a typical "tourist city", with lots of hotels etc. Anyway, if one only looks for a nice beach, kind local people etc., then it's perfectly OK. For those who want more, especially on the historical side, Ephesus is very near and definitely worth a visit

Great hospitality by the staff of the hotel that is really conveniently located at the Kusadasi Old Town. We also get to enjoy some time at the small pool they have at the second floor. The place was also really clean. From the rooms to the reception, the whole place was spotless at almost all times. The hot appetizers/snacks they offered were nice and tasty as well, great sidekicks for a pint by the pool. Amazing people, centrally located, clean rooms. It was a great combo for our weekend getaway in Kusadasi.

At the price point the all inclusive deal is exceptional value for money. It meant you were never stuck for somewhere to eat but if you went out you didn't feel like you were paying twice. The view of Kusadasi is incredible from the rear of the hotel and well worth paying the extra for the SeaView rooms. However the only downside of having the birds eye view is that you are that bit further out of town. Its a 15-20 minute walk at a reasonable pace or a cheap taxi at 50Lira which is just over £2.20 or €2.50

I truly loved my stay at Garden Hotel Palace. The beautiful garden is perfect for enjoying slow, delicious Turkish breakfasts in a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is small, so you never feel lost in a crowd — it feels cozy and personal. Everyone working here is so friendly and caring, always ready to help. I couldn’t wish for anything better! If I ever come back to Kuşadası, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended — a beautiful boutique hotel with a special touch.

This hotel is recently renovated and is situated close to Marina of Kusadasi . Rooms are luxurious , comfortable and clean with marvellous views. The buffet style breakfast was very rich with many choices. The staff were very polite and friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Kusadasi .
