The hotel is a good choice for those who don’t have luxury expectations. Rooms are modest/standard, but clean and comfortable. Food: You won’t go hungry — there’s a selection of vegetables and fruits, meat, desserts, and side dishes. Drinks: Instant coffee (variety available), carbonated drinks, juices, beer, and spirits. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the waiters — we were with kids, the little one is 2 years old and very active and careless. Almost every day she spilled her juice, and the waiters helped us every time we asked (I was going to rate it an 8, but I’m giving it a 9 just because of them).

Location reasonably quiet although a restaurant below. There is a huge street market every Tuesday but did not notice overnight setup. Pool is clean. Aircon works well and is needed as was hot on late Sept early Oct. Balcony north facing to mountains so comfortable to sit out there. Washing machine, fridge with small freezer, gas hob but no microwave. All in all above basic but good value and you can cook and wash clothes and keep drinks etc cold in fridge. Bed comfortable but for us a little on hard side.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely, lots of options to choose from and overall quality was more than satisfactory. Rooms and general look of the hotel was lovely and it looked like its been newly renovated and beautifully done and the view was excellent from all rooms. Overall great stay and top value for money!

We are fully in love with this hotel. There is not enough words to explain how much we liked our stay. Room is very comfortable and decorated in details. The main restaurant is excellent. We had a HB plan. Everything was so fresh and delicious. And SPA - very clean, good therapists (Nuri and Asel). Staff is hotel is real gem. People who really love and appreciate their job. Special thanks to Anita for warming welcome. We definitely come back again.

If I need to start from beginning to finish everything was amazing...💜 all staff was so lovely. Derya, Levent, Kazim, and Hasan know how to treat you very well. Even you can feel more comfy ladies because they already thought of us that there was a hair straightener in the room. Breakfast buffet everything was fresh and so many choices that you can have a lovely breakfast. if you would like to taste raki which is a Turkish alcoholic drink they are providing Turkish mezze as well. They were so tasty as well. There are so many things that our holiday went amazing because of all people who are working in the hotel. They made everything special for us. Thank you very much to everyone for everything... See you soon🎈

Senza Grand Santana was really enjoyable stay. Food was delicious and always fresh and desserts were work of art, plus bistro restaurant served snacks on elevated level. Hotel is newly renovated, stylish and very clean. Our special request of higher floor was granted and we received probably one of the best room with a beautiful sea view. Staff was kind and professional. Special thanks to Asya who taught us few things in turkish. Hotel has a great sun deck set on the sea.

This is a fake apartman. My transfer driver didn't find this place. When he called, the number was given as contact, and the lady didn't know about me, and she told her that her property is not on bookin.com. We went to the office, and they officer couldn't find the place, called the number again and the answer was the same. This happened after midnight because we spent a lot of time finding the property, I paid at booking.com

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are very good. The food was excellent and a view from the hotel is unbeatable! If you don't like waves, you will like this beach. Water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming.
