Awesome, lovely, relaxing stay. Loved it! I loved so many things, and I had an awesome stay there. The most admirable is the hospitality of the owner, the excellent service offered by Mohamed Ali from the front desk, their availability, and their flexibility. I loved the style of the place too and how safe it felt for a solo female traveler. My flat was directly on a small garden with a swing on the sea! I enjoyed my egg swinging chair, the privacy, and the big balcony with the unparalleled view. There is also a fireplace (but it was summer, so I didn't need it, but I used the candle glasses). The balcony can either be fully closed, or you can fully open it for open air . I got sick, and they brought me medicine, and hospitable food. They were very nice and kind. They even invited me to a party they had for the birth of their grandson. I didn't know they had "paying in cash" on their website details, but they waited until I was able to transfer the money and obtain it for them. If I had any comment or feedback whatsoever on the stuff in the flat, they readily offered to fix it for me and were very receptive. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, and at home, and that was how I felt. They were professional, and warm. They also helped me get a very good tour guide and I had several lovely trips to the mountains, gondola, cave exploring, lakes and other places. There was fishing, and swimming there too. They also had some breakfast and lunch options which I liked. The scenery was fantastic! I would love to go back again, and would have loved to extend my stay further.

Greetings from USA I would like to thanks the organization & GM OF Doubletree by Hilton Trabzon arranging the transportation from Airport to the hotel and the thanks to concierge services Miss Awatef & Filla they were amazing, and they were very very friendly supporting explanting will to help just to make our self very very happy And the when we entered in the hotel was very very clean and neat so relaxing averments and receptionist Zainap & filla was so energies and was welcome in the hotel and was will to help us to show the rooms if we are happy and want to check in After looking the rooms we was agreed to stay the rooms which they showed us The room was very very clean and the next Day in the Breakfast the manager master chef long & tall man was welcoming us and was all the staff was smiling and Busra was receptionist in the breakfast counter and willing to help us and was explaining the long way buffet in the breakfast hall The chef and two staff Mahmood, Batunhan was asking if you need any extra food coffee, we can cook they was amazing Best hotel best services best cleaning for the holidays or business trip Thanks to Doubletree by Hilton Trabzon for an excellent support JAMIL ALI NASSER JAMIL0786@HOTMAIL.COM

Amazing peaceful hotel on the mountain with great views, fresh air and very friendly staff, even without speaking English everyone was very helpful. Very quiet, nice cosy houses with terrace and balcony, the hotel staff brings mangal and charcoal to make BBQ on terrace and even helped me to start fire! I came to relax and enjoy the views for a night and extended to 3, didn't want to leave at all! Rooms are cosy, and bed very comfortable, great place to sleep and sit on a terrace with a book or watching clouds.
