This hotel was a Hilton before so you can feel the quality as soon as you enter. Car park was efficient. Rooms (we has an upgrade for an executive room) very nice and big even they are not very new. All of the staff was always smiling and working hard to make you happy. Hotel in at the main center of Kayseri, walking distance to all main attractions, local shopping and has a Starbucks and big super market under it. Also there is very nice club (Jolly Joker) in the hotel. Breakfast was super goed with a large open buffet. If you want to see Cappadocia its only 1 hour drive and If you want to ski at Erciyes its 20 minutes drive.

If you visit Kayseri, you should definitely chose this hotel. Not only the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, but most importantly: you’ll feel so welcome as no other place. My wife and me traveled for the first time to Türkiye and I can assure you that from all the nice people we met in this wonderful country, the man at this hotel (Tamer) was the nicest and kindest Turkish we met in our journey. The Kayseri Loft Hotel is simply perfect! Always excellent service and friendly staff… I have stayed in hotels all over Turkey, but nowhere have I felt as at home as I did at Kayseri Loft Hotel. The rooms are very clean, and they even provide a prayer rug and a Quran. I highly recommend it!
