Fantastic Stay for 11 nights in a Penthouse Room Exceptionally comfortable, superb shower, secluded terrace excellent, pools and areas are very clean, breakfasts good though not enough options for vegans. Walking distance from the beach and the main street with all the shops and cafes Staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming The room is spacious, luxurious and with a cute jaccuzzi in the balacony Amazing views, great view of the mountains, nice pool, gym and there is even art workshops Breakfast was great with a lot of variety The restaurant also has the most delicious dinner we tasted in Oludeniz with nice live music setting a lovely romantic mood Definitely recommended! Hopefully will be coming here again!

Very cozy and beautiful hotel, we spent our wedding anniversary there, the hotel staff were very nice and kind to us, they made a little surprise and decorated our room and gifted a wine bottle. There are also two adorable dogs that live in a hotel. Thanks to Melike and Melis for their kindness and hospitality, all the staff members were very kind and attentive to guests!

Everything is so well thought, we had an amazing stay in the hotel. The personnel is so nice and make you feel very quick welcomed and at ease. The bedroom is beautiful, spacious, and with direct access into the swimming pool. We could not ask more. The swimming pool is being cleaned by someone so meticulous going with mask and tuba to clean it, so detailed. The breakfast is amazing, with a selection of cooked food and access to the buffet too. The hotel is just 2 minutes by walk from the main street and 7 minutes from the beach. Everything is accessible, and at the same time away enough to remain calm and quiet at night. Thank you for this wonderful stay we had and everything you do, we cannot recommend more this hotel

Hey there! Long story short — this hotel is awesome! I’m writing this review a bit late, but better late than never) So, back in August 2025, I hit the road with my family and parents for a Turkey trip. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way, varying in category. And to wrap up our holiday, we spent 7 days here — in two rooms of different categories, actually. So yeah, I’ve got plenty to compare it to! First off, this place is family‑run — the whole operation is in one family’s hands. And that’s a huge plus, because hospitality is their thing! We were welcomed like long‑lost friends — seriously, from the owner’s family to every single staff member. They jumped right in to help us park the car (which is no small feat around here), stayed on top of our questions, checked in on how we were doing, and even gave us a hand when we had a little problem with our car. Everyone speaks great English, and there was even a Russian‑speaking guy working at the restaurant. Second big win! The hotel just went through a major renovation. Everything got a fresh look — from the building’s exterior to the tiniest details in the rooms and around the property. New plumbing, appliances, dishes, bedding. It’s all clean, cozy, well‑designed, and thought through. You’ve got everything you need for a comfy stay. Oh, and there’s even a little capsule coffee machine in the room — with daily refills of capsules! Third up: the location. In my look, it’s spot‑on. You’re basically in the heart of lower Ölüdeniz — right where all the action is — but somehow all the noise and hustle don’t make it here. Huge plus if you’ve got kids or just want to chill in the evening. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea and the beach, 2 minutes to the main pedestrian street with bars, clubs, shops, and travel agencies, and just 10 metres to the artisan alley where you can pick up some unique souvenirs. Another thing I’ve gotta mention is the food.

The sea is still swimmable even at the end of November. The beach needs a cleaning, unfortunately too many cigarette smokers during summer season throws their trash on the beach and little cleaning is not enough.

Popular and beautiful, and it is better to visit it during the low season. The main attractions here are paragliding and the Lycian trail. Cafes and shops in the upper part of the town offer a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the crowds in the lower part of the city. Oludeniz Beach is best enjoyed early in the morning when the water is clearer. The blue lagoon is paid, looks like a lake, not very clean. The lagoon is more beautiful from above, from a mountain or a paraglider.

Ölüdeniz beach & lagoon and Belcekiz beach are the main attractions (not shops). It is a small beach town. Because the mountains rush to the Sea here, this is a paragliding paradise and a MUST activity. While the beach is public, beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are only for rent. Cash is preferred, but restaurants easily take credit cards. There are lots of ATMs around. Best restaurants are on the beach side with good menus but with tourist pricing, yet still reasonable. We enjoyed Buzz Beach Bar for lunch (great tuna mayo wrap and fruit smoothies) and Bella Gusto (Italian) for dinner with homemade pasta.

Ölüdeniz is an incredibly beautiful place that truly has something for everyone. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you'll find it here. You can try paragliding from the famous Babadağ mountain for breathtaking views, or enjoy a peaceful evening watching the sunset from one of the stunning restaurants at the top. There are also daily boat trips that take you to nearby islands, offering the perfect way to explore the crystal-clear waters and hidden beaches. A short trip to Fethiye is also worth it - the harbour is full of charm and offers amazing views, perfect for a relaxed stroll or a nice meal by the water. 10 days definitely weren't enough to experience it all, so I’m already planning to come back. Ölüdeniz is a place you’ll fall in love with!

Oludeniz is a small coastal town, there’s only one way in and out the road in gets extremely busy, a 2 km journey takes 1.5 hours. If you like paragliding loud music and pirate boats Oludeniz is for you. We won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Pretty much liked everything and enjoyed the Indian dining places except for the fact the naan bread was not a typical naan bread it was a Turkish bread. I was disappointed with the speed boat trip, the driver was rushing the journey and looked like he had a bad day and was not in a mood for a friendly conversation.

Отличное расположение For the first time, we visited Oludeniz with our family. And our choice of Kumsal Hotel was not without reason. And we were not mistaken. Administrator Eren and the hotel staff are very responsive and always help. The children like their vacation, especially the pool. The rooms generally met expectations. Quiet area. The close location to the beach is a big plus, but there is a small minus: if you are in your own car, parking is limited. Thanks to Kumsal Hotel

The hotel was okay. Good location and a pleasant hotel area. Conveniently located near supermarkets, Ölüdeniz centre, and the beach just down the road. The room was also okay, clean, and had everything you needed, including a fridge. The hotel also had a car park. We were mostly out, so I'm not sure what it's like to have full inclusive here.
