The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a 2-minute walk to Pamukkale Mountain. The staff, who are primarily the owners, were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and generous. The hotel was very clean, with neat rooms and a spotless, fresh bathroom. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it's perfect for anyone looking for a clean place with excellent service and a prime location. This is definitely the right place to stay.

I only stayed there for a night but the place was great. You can actually walk up and down the hill to reach the Thermal Pools. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The manager, Ali, helped us with all our needs, not just for Pamukkale but for the entire trip. He was very proactive and gave us the best and reasonably priced contacts for taxi, etc. I would definitely recommend the place.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I loved it. I am going to start with what I loved the most. THE FOOD. THE FOOD was AMAZING. It's one of the best I've tried. The staff were really nice and accommodating. They're quite informative and helpful. We had an issue with our original room and were instantly provided another one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a hotel close to the travertines of pamukkale. I also recommend doing the tour for the pamukkale travertines, which I booked through the hotel. The tour guide Ahmet was quite informative with the history.

Another small family run hotel with personalised service. Osman and his parents went out of their way to ensure our comfort and were available to us at our every whim. The location is also perfect as it is right at the foot of the Travertines of Pamukkale which are not only visible from the hotel but you can even see the people climbing the hill to go there. We were warmly welcomed in the hotel and enjoyed our stay a lot. The room and the common areas were very clean. You could see that the hotel, furniture and everything around was very new.
