Such an amazing stay for the price, very near to Pamukkale Travertines. The lady who serves breakfast and was at reception was very very sweet and kind. Even helped with early breakfast as we had to leave early. Washroom and room was nice and very clean. Highly recommend this place.

True Hospitality.. This is true 5 star service. They do everything for you, hot air balloon or paragliding trips, sightseeing trips, ladies want their nails, hair done honestly everything. You feel at home here, the team are wonderful, the rooms large, spacious and comfortable. The views lovely and the hotel grounds are out of a fairy tale.. We enjoyed the evening in the gardens having coffee and tea with the owner, his wife and the team, really nice and highly enjoyable.

The location is excellent and within a walking distance from the main attractions in Pammukale. Also, the breakfast was cooked with love, and it tastes very good. We had a balcony overlooking the Hotel's various hot pools. The pools were delightful to swim in in the cold winter evenings. The staff were very helpful. Taylan was a star using his own phone to help make some calls for us.

    Pamukkale is nice, but not exceptional.

    Pamukkale is nice, but not exceptional. During my visit, the pools and most terraces were in maintenance (empty). Hierapolis is mostly ruins, except for the theater, which was remodeled some years ago. There are no nice hotels and restaurants in the area. In my opinion, it is not worth the detour out of the coast to go there, as it will cost you a full day.

    The pass includes the ruins which is preserved fairly well and the Pamukkale's terraces (and museum). Many of the terraces are empty of water and quite dried out. But we were able to soak in a few of them. The very top one has hot water dropping down from pipes and the water was warm and nice. The ones down below were colder and still ok to soak in. The pictures online were too good to be true, especially since there were a lot of people even at night. But overall, it is still worth the trip.

    Pamukkale is one of the most fantastic sights one can see.

    Pamukkale is one of the most fantastic sights one can see. It is an interesting combination of a unique natural phenomenon with a well preserved archeological site. But this combination makes the visit rather long and a bit difficult to plan given the very high temperature during the day in the summer. I think the administration should make the tickets valid for two days, so one can both thoroughly enjoy the natural pools and visit well the sight. I suggest you start at something like 5 pm.

    The place is just an attractions park.

    The place is just an attractions park. Price are super high. They force you to buy shitty headphone so you end paying 37 euros per person. For what? To see dry natural pools, because now the water is only in artificial one and they are overcrowded. Really not worth it

    The Travertine thermal pools are very dry and nothing like in the photos. It was disappointing to see how the local children splash around in them like a normal swimming pool. The area deserves more respect.

    The host and his wife are very friendly. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were super clean, spacious and quiet during the night. The location is excellent as it is 2 minutes walking from the Pamukkale city center and about 5 minutes driving from the thermal waters. We were served home-made breakfast in our room which was just the best we during our trip in Turkey.

    I have left my fleece in the hotel room and only realised after I moved to another city in Turkey. The staff has been super helpful and generous to help me follow up everything, even we just stayed in the hotel for 1 night. They found my fleece, helped me ship it back and kept updating me the status with very positive attitude. I’m so thankful. Thank you very much!

He also recommended his partner as tour guide for Heliopolis - I was treated to a fantastic and very informative tour of the ancient city.     Great stay and excellent value! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cost-benefit is totally worth it. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was very pleasant. The hotel is also well located, close to the thermal pools of Pamukkale, which makes it super convenient. I definitely recommend it!
