I had amazing holiday at this hotel. Its in the forest and lake view from my room. Breakfast was good and enough for us. Also staff was friendlyz hotel and room clean and what we ask they help us quickly. Thank you so much. For sure i will come back

It's a very sweet family B&B. The rooms are clean and have a fresh atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious and various. It used to be a weekend home for the family that now runs it as a small hotel. It's not luxurious, but it's comfortable. The chef is very good, I loved the food. Instead of going to the bungalow houses in the vicinity. I definitely come to this hotel every time I travel, where the staff and owners are friendly.

The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.

we have been guests there

we have been guests there We had a one week booking , our baby got a strong allergy the owner promised us a refund if we checked out but he said he will send it in the end of October So we checked out Now after contacting the owner they seem to be lying to avoid making us a refund , we also have pictures of the very bad situation the house was in when we got there that lead to the baby getting an allergy there was a lot of insects and the house was dirty

I am not impressed much with the sightseeing there in...

I am not impressed much with the sightseeing there in Sapanca. I feel Borsa was much better with so many water fall and forest places there. I was expecting better walking areas around the lake, but actually the areas were very limited and doesn't give good space for walking. Also, Sapanca was much warmer than Borsa at the times we visited.

Needs a good Clean and a bit tidy up will do good I wouldn't rate 4 star but more like 2.5 to 3 For the maintenance. Great view 5 Star and Great breakfast 5 start so vie and breakfast makes up staying here.

The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk to the lake, few minutes to town centre. The villa was very spacious, all the rooms had ensuite bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, WiFi was great, private swimming pool was clean. Patio sitting area was excellent for having meals. All the rooms have air-conditioner Excellent for a family. Has washing machine which very convenient. Also the owner of the villa Mr Ersin who is a great young man, very helpful and always answered our queries promptly without delays
