What makes this hotel truly amazing is the manager and staff. His support during my stay made many activities in Mardin only even possible such as a tour of the area and its monasteries. The homemade breakfast on the terrace overlooking the landscape was a further wonderful experience.

The owner was extremely helpful, and remained in constant contact when I had a very delayed border crossing from Iraqi Kurdistan and I ended up arriving in the early hours of the morning. This set the tone for the rest of my stay - very attentive and helpful, and I ended up extending my stay and my room was upgraded for no extra cost. He also spoke excellent English (as well as various other languages). The hotel is in an excellent central location in the absolutely beautiful and historic town of Mardin.

It was like stepping back in time in to a beautiful cozy VIP room. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed the private hamam in the bath. Location is amazing and walking distance to everything in old town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be coming back, highly recommendable.

Overnight stay in the center of old Mardin right by the main street. A place where I felt at home. Atmospheric, although not for someone looking for a 5* hotel. The exceptional openness and kindness of the owner of the Ridvan hotel made you want to come back there again. Delicious breakfasts prepared by Nazan. Thoroughly impressed with Ramada Mardin during our final leg of our journey through southeast Turkiye The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for.
