The room was fantastic, very comfy and with a great design. The in-room bathtub was great to relax after a long trip. The staff was polite and efficient. Convenient location near the Istanbul airport, which makes it ideal if you have a long layover.

My room was fabulous as I had the right superior room, it was spotless clean. Had an artificial fireplace that lit up as it was the cold season. The breeze from the beach topped it. The prices for food were cheap and was so delicious on a platter, Breakfast was delicious I couldn't be more happy about the services there, The menu they have have varieties of meats, cold drinks, shakes, deserts, etc and the staff were brilliant they take care of the Customers very well. So many restaurants and Hotels along the same road and a very long pathway for a walk along the beach.

Unfortunately it was a cold and rainy day and we could not explore outside but were driven around to see the anger of the Black Sea. The two staff members Yakup and Esmercan were efficient, helpful, polite and accommodating. Our room was new, clean and large (we had the suite). It looked out towards the sea. It was excellent. We had an early flight the next morning and could not make it to the morning breakfast time but the staff came early at 630 am to make our breakfast of an omelette and traditional Turkish breakfast of lots of food. We knew when we booked that we were booking a quaint smaller village area and were looking forward to exploring it but could not because of the weather. If you are a partying, nightlife sort of person this place is not for you. It is not as close as some of the other airport hotels and the drive is through the countryside of farms and fields. The traffic was quiet and it only took 15-20 minutes. If you are looking for a quiet , new, clean, pleasant staff sort of place this is the place for you.

Nice location, very convenient room (double deluxe at the ground floor). Very helpful and friendly personell. I'd mention Sercan Dinler, and also a manager speaking very good, maybe native Russian, a young man whose name I don't know, unfortunately.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. The variety, freshness, and presentation of the dishes made every meal enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality and professional attitude truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet. The furniture is modern and elegant. Stuff was always friendly. There is a domino's right next to it and it's 5 minutes to walk to the next supermarket. We had a great time staying there.

Very close to airport and near a well known kebab place for premium food. They included a transfer to the airport for a reasonable price in a luxury vehicle seats 8. I would like to point out I had issues with my bed. They upgraded my room with out inspecting the bed which was very gracious of them. The hospitality was 5 star.
