Every day, I enjoyed leisurely strolls through the picturesque streets, soaking in the local culture and charm. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, providing insider tips about the area and ensuring that my experience was nothing short of perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish breakfast it truly exceeded my expectations! A lavish spread with a variety of delicious options, I was amazed by the freshness and flavors. From savory pastries to rich cheeses and delectable olives, it was a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, this hotel offered an unforgettable experience with its incredible location, outstanding service, and a breakfast that I’ll be dreaming about for a long time! I stayed at Taş Otel Alaçatı for seven days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast every single morning brought something different, like a surprise waiting for me. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. It felt like waking up to a new treat each day, and I genuinely looked forward to it. But what made this stay even more special was the staff. A huge thank you to Betül, Eren, Derya, and Sonay - they were all incredible. Always so kind, warm, and genuinely helpful, and they greeted me every day with a smile. Their energy and attitude created such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and they made me feel completely at home. A special mention to Sonay, who works the night shift. One night I was very hungry, and he went out of his way to personally prepare something for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I’m so grateful for his kindness. I also want to thank Cihan, the manager, for all his help during the booking process. He made everything smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his support. The hotel itself is very charming. I would give it a solid four stars. It’s small, which I loved, because it offers a sense of privacy and peace. we had a girls trip, the room had everything we needed, and despite the bad weather that day, it was very warm at night thanks to the air conditioner🙏🏻 The staff helped with the transfer and answered all our questions thank you very much

Everything was great and visually appealing. The staff is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (english) for some. Made good recommendations of beautiful wine farms and restaurants. The staff helped us with ordering dinner as cafes and restaurants were closed by 22:00 unlike other Turkish towns which close later.. However, those who could not converse in English made use of a translation app. The location is perfect for the wine farms in Urla, although I'd recommend car hire to get through the wine farms because of limited public transport besides taxis which can be costly. The moderately spaced room and big bathroom smelled good and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The hotel offers breakfast. The pool is also very clean and well kept. Value for money. I'd definitely use it again.

The decor was specially tasteful. Best breakfast of our whole trip. We had a mishap upon arrival, but the owner presented himself and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The 2nd floor rooms are nicer.

Very convenient to wander around the old part of the city! Mahzen Hotel is very homely and the staff are very friendly. In the morning they serve a big Turkish breakfast which is delicious.
