The most beautiful property right on top of the hills which made you feel like you are in paradise. Amazing views, hundreds of birds and an incredible breakfast! The room and facilities were great, clean and super comfortable. The pool was refreshing and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! I would arguably say one of the best views in Castara! Our friends stayed across the bay in Castara Retreats (much more expensive) and I would say the view was even better from Lillibets! The apartment is a great size with everything you need! Helpful and friendly staff and the cleaning service was great. Value for money was amazing! Castara itself is the perfect little paradise to base yourself when exploring the island, didn’t find a nicer place to be, the people absolutely make it!

I stayed La Casa the Castara for 11 nights and loved the place. There is a number of apparents to choose from, each one unique and full of character. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment which was ideal in every way. Each bedroom had en suite bathroom and there was open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen. Outside there is a big balcony with outside place to eat or just sit and relax. I loved the beautiful views from the balcony on the village and sea as much as watching hummingbirds flying around and feeding themselves from hanging down feeders. The location of the property is very convenient as it is located in the centre of the village with short walk to the beach, ships and local restaurants. It made feel like I was a part of this beautiful, tranquil carabbean village. The Casa the Castara is a family run property and the owners Narine and Scott are wonderful hosts who made us very welcome. I would be definitely coming back

My sister and I fully enjoy our stay at the hotel. The room, the pool, the beach, the location, the employees and the owners of the hotel, everything was wonderful. We felt like home.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. Wi-fi worked properly. Staff was very nice. The restaurant was very good. The food was delicious. The drinks could be a little bit better but the beer was great. The beach is nice and quiet.

Shalom apartments provided us with a home from home. The accomodation was clean and spacious. The pool and garden were very private, humming birds visit the garden. Access to the highway is a short drive away and the main town within walking distance. Ronique our host was outstanding and helped us hire a car. She made our two week holiday a very special time. Shalom apartments are ideal for both couples and families. Tobago is a bird watchers paradise and I would thoroughly recommend Shalom Apartments as a base to explore the island. Above all, the apartment is in a very quiet residential area unlike much of the holiday accomodation on offer on the island. Thank you Ronique, you are a fabulous host.
