The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating to our special dietary needs and made inquiries before the stay. The shower was amazing, too! Loved it. Another thing I love is the hairdryer they provided. Most places provide hairdryers that don’t work well, but I love theirs! There was a small basket of goodies and some bottled water. The bed was clean and I comfortable. Overall, it was a remarkable stay, and I feel so lucky to have discovered this place.

Best staff ever! They helped us with everything (pedicure appointmens, car rental, taxi) very patiently and courteous. The room was very nice too. A perfect stay in Chiayi.

- great location: it is not far away from the train station and there is a bus stop to Alishan Forest just outside. Furthermore it is very near to a nice night market - personnel was nice - breakfast: western style, they have toast with jelly, peanut butter and chocolate and coffee/ milk which was enough for me. Everything was spotlessly clean, the facilities are super modern and the staff very nice. Storing my bike is no problem and there is a washing machine and dryer. The common area is super nice and there is a vending machine for drinks and a balcony.
