Everything! Staff were great from the minute we arrived, very friendly and welcoming and helpful (Meg in particular was very welcoming, kind and great fun to chat to as we checked in!). The breakfast was lovely with a great variety. Room was very nice and even had an unexpected view and mini balcony as well as free snacks and drinks in the room which we were not expecting. We LOVED this place, if we’re ever lucky enough to visit Taichung again we’ll be staying here!

New hotel nicely decorated with a fun travel/safari/exploration theme. We checked into a large room, clean and comfortable. The location is close to the night market, and bus stops. There are plenty of options for food. The staff we met both at reception and housekeeping were friendly and efficient.

The room was very spacious, elegantly decorated, high-end amenities, a perfect bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the entire East Asia in 5-6 years of trips to the region.
