Everything. The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements and adjusted the menu accordingly. Concierge and front of house people were an excellent resource in helping me find my way around. It was really helpful that everyone spoke English as I did not speak Chinese. Nothing was a problem and they went about looking after me in a calm and efficient manner. rooms were spacious and bathroom luxurious. It was comfort plus plus. I had the swimming pool all to myself. It was refreshing and just what I needed after the heat of the day!

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

I love how convenient it was going to the theatre because I stayed here to watch a show. *location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3 *room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city *staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room. *gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently *breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)
