The middle aged lady was very very nice and hospitable. They kept helping us to arrange our transport back to Taipei even though we did not engage their transport services. I fell down while I was outside due to rain and algae and she was very attentive in cleaning my wound and ensuring that I was okay. She also introed us what was good to eat at Wulai Old Street and her reccomendation was indeed very good. The hot spring was good as well and I like it because its not sulphuric and it did not make my hair dry and tangled.

The location was perfect. The onsen was very good. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The onsen in the room was big too. More than enough space for 2 people. The hotpot dinner was delicious especially the beef one. The Chinese breakfast is much better than the English breakfast unless you like French fries. Overall, a very nice place. Highly recommend.

Great CP value. Very quiet area, confy. Not so old and rundown than some ppl said, was expecting worst bcz of the reviews, but it exceed my expectations, it was kind of casual quality. Great hot/cold bath room. Great staff. I've liked the style of the room and hotel in general.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous on all fronts! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with super easy access to the MRT. Personally I really liked the Starbucks as a breakfast offering and being able to use the credits at any time during the day was very handy.

Super clean and comfy, our baby got her own bed for once. Everything is done to make your trip wonderful. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is next to the mrt station with elevator so very convenient.

Great city hotel - we have stayed at the Minsheng COZZI as well and think both are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, water pressure is excellent. They provided a new baby cot and amenities and room was serviced and cleaned each day. Breakfast selection is great - different each day with plenty of options. The lounge on the 2nd floor was helpful as well as it is open all day. Lots of convenience stores nearby as well as a supermarket. Right next to the MRT and walking distance to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again! Our room had a street view (which kept our toddler busy) with good soundproofing. Our friends stayed in an interior-facing room with no view - make sure you request a street view.
