Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was amazing, and the interior design was calm and elegant. One of the standout features was the Japanese-style Toto toilet – a nice luxury touch. But the absolute highlight was the bathroom: a private hot spring bath in a stone tub, just like a traditional onsen. A truly special experience that made this stay unforgettable!

Helpful and friendly staff, I particularly like the spacious and comfortable lobby, well decorated with Chinese antique, a quiet and comfortable library corner and a mini bar with free coffee and snack. My room was upgraded free to a deluxe family room, with good Mountain View. The free shuttle bus is convenient to commute to the train station. Everything in the room is clean and well-designed to suit the needs of a family with kids. Kids will never feel bored with the toys in the room and the children’s playroom on the third floor! Love the cool, eccentric, laid-back, fun vibe of this place. Honestly for the price it’s fantastic. Rooms are clean, very spacious with beautiful views, and minimalistic but chic. The vibe on the roof is awesome with chill house music playing and the gorgeous view of the green mountains on one side fading into the beach and wide open ocean on the other. Good breakfast, cute and cozy options. Very near the beach and also some really great restaurants. Highly recommend.
