The entire staff and owner was soo helpful. They all went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was very filling. Dinner was delicious. The rooms are huge with such amazing and creative decor. All rooms have a sea view😍. You get to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Mr Azzuro advised and helped me to book trips and transport to different places. A quaint and quiet place, not crowded and yet still brimming with life around. The place is central to also other travel destinations. I enjoyed every second of my stay there. Place is super clean. The Wifi was working great and my favorite part was the AC!! It actually works unlike in other hotels.

That has been a wonderful stay The hotel is brand new, located in a nice area - 5 minutes walking from open air club and leisure centre. It is a 7 minutes drive from the village centre where you can find a lot of local shops, supermarkets, and cafes The hotel has very calm relaxing atmosphere with a nice beach, great service, exceptional food The room was very spacious with a nice amenities. There is a coffee machine, so I could enjoy my cup of espresso in the morning ☺️ Definitely, I will book my next stay at this property again

The nearby beaches are scenic, but there are some important things to consider. The ocean is full of sea urchins, making swimming risky without proper footwear. During the day, low tide pulls the water far from the shore, so swimming may not always be possible. If you walk toward the reef, expect to be approached frequently by local beach vendors, which can feel intrusive — especially when you're clearly not carrying money. Local security presence is minimal, so don't expect much intervention in these situations. It's best to come prepared and manage your expectations if you're looking for a peaceful swim.

This part of Zanzibar offers a quieter, more serene setting compared to some of the more tourist-heavy areas. One of the things we appreciated most was that we weren’t constantly approached by local vendors, allowing us to fully relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

Authentic village. We didn't want to be in a resort. The villagers were so friendly and wanted nothing in return apart from a hello back. There is a little shop just outside the gate for water etc. We got fruit for smoothies from the fruit stall in the village, they also sold sprite etc, there was a mobile shop and two lovely seafood restaurants. Our favourite was Mzuri run by a really friendly guy Hassan, wonderful succulent seafood. We loved it. It was just what we were looking for - authentic and local. The road is not graded, but I walk with a stick and it was fine for me. A few stretches were unlit but we take head torches.

The food was OK, the room was massively spacious and i loved it ,staff were friendly despite communication breakdown in most instances due to language barriers. Mr Betrand was so sweet a staff he made our stay so memorable always caring and bringing out the best out of us. Remo the property manager was awesome 👌

Amazing small boutique hotel on a beautiful part of the island. It really felt like home away from home. The staff is very personal and eager to make your stay memorable. Beautiful beach 1 minute walk. Breakfast was divers fresh and delicious. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. You really arrive in a tropical paradise. We had a very relaxed stay and wish to come back. Highly recommend!! Thansk again to all staff 😎.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable no back pain in the morning which is often the case in many hotels. Many fresh produce to choose from and also local specialities available at the buffet. African night at the beach was very special and also enjoyed the locals coming to perform. Outdoor work out space for classes was superb and also the trainers were very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

An absolutely exceptional place. I’ve travelled a lot, but I was truly impressed by everything. I recommend choosing a bungalow right on the beach. I would especially like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent personal approach — they accommodated all my non-standard requests. I want to come back, preferably IMMEDIATELY! I went for the kite club on the hotel beach but I was pleasantly impressed by the hotel. The rooms are very clean and equipped with a safe, hairdryer, kettle, the yard is lush and the pool in front is enough to cool off and enjoy a cocktail on the deckchair. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious.
