The reception was very professional. I checked in late at night and had no issues. The breakfast in the morning was simple but tasty. The only problem was that there were a few flies in the room; they sprayed immediately. The service was very quick.

The Garten Living is a lovely place to stay. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. At the hotel, we enjoyed the atmosphere, the garden, and the nice spacious room with the ensuit bathroom. But most of all, we fell in love with the enthusiastic and motivated staff of the hotel. They all went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our room was always clean, and everything we needed was taken care of. Zanzibar has its challenges with electricity, but the hotel staff works with great perseverance around this. Visiting Zanzibar made us realize how privileged a lot of us are in the world, and it humbled us in every sense as a traveler. Zanzibar will always have a special place in our hearts, and this is especially because of staying at The Garten Living.

I loved the Sea view Room, the hospitality and kindness of the owner Joseph and his sons Aaron, Baron and Clyde. Amazing Honeymoon i had here. I would recommend tourist to visit Mahi Mahi anyday hands down. Asante sana Joseph and sons. Keep us the good work.

First of all i need to thank Ana for the wonderful hospitality and making our stay in Amani a best one. Amani is superb place to stay 👌 👏. I would recommend this place anytime to anyone. This place is more like home 🏡. Ana you are the best and god bess you abundantly. We had great stay, peaceful sleep and no mosquitoes at all. The place is very clean and the food is freshly made and served.

EVERYTHING! This hotel was amazing. The staff make you feel so welcome and always go the extra mile. I cant complain about anything, the hotel is every way was PERFECT! Would return in a heart beat.
