Bila translates to 'without' and with my villa's name.. my stay was indeed 'without stress'. I love this place and would prefer not write anymore so I can be sure of availability next time but the effort and beauty of its architectural design, and all else detailed in my full review below persuaded me otherwise. If you are reading this with 10 tabs open, you can close them now. The people that work here are warm, welcoming and have made my stay more comfortable and convenient than I thought possible. From the booking flexibility with it's speed and patient replies to my repeated extension requests to the night time security guard to the cleaning ladies who made my villa feel like my home and me somewhat like royalty. The place itself... wow. the swimming pool is a masterpiece... attention to detail in every room.. from the art, to the umbrella and wicker basket.. the former I used only once as a dancing prop, the latter to collect my fresh fruit from the shop next door... AC, fan, generator (kicks in quick) everything needed to cook the basics, and is even stocked with salt, oil etc. none of which I expected prior. Didn't realise I loved a high ceiling, do now. And of course the reception staff and I while I can just about pronounce each name of the local staff (local being a detail worth mentioning) I'm not going to butcher the spelling but to management consider them all named as I have every intention of returning and they have made it so..

It was my friend’s birthday and we needed an escape place to relax and rewind where by the rooms 218 and 101 met out expectations with comfy beds .The house keeping department staff were friendly,helpful and got a sense of professionalism (Patrick and Shawatu ) . We were served at the restaurant by Yusuph.He was so kin at collecting orders and the food was so scrumptious and more classical. More so all other staff were kind even to those we met and asked for any help for example Mr.Tom and Alex Joel they were kind. The best and unique experience was the ice bath.

This was a beautiful place to stay, we spent 7 nights here and loved every minute of it. The property is a short 2-3min walk from the beach. The rooms are large and well furnished with all the basics you would find in a normal hotel/B&B in Europe. The bathroom is very big and the water pressure is really good. Hot water comes on quickly. The bed may be slightly on the firm side, but this didn’t bother us. The next best thing is the food! Breakfast is copious and delicious, but all the other meals are also very well prepared. Everything is fresh and tasty.

We were very satisfied with Mem hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. They made our experience unforgettable. The servise and food was very good for a very affordable price. You can enjoy a good coffee and free snacks. The hotel is clean and well arranged on a quiet spot, near the beach. The pool is big and cleaned daily. It is also safe place for kids. We definitely recommend it.
