What a stunning place! Everything is beautiful and it's so peaceful. Loved watching the monkeys and exploring the river. The staff are very warm and friendly.

Lovely room with bathroom. I had the breakfast included which was plenty and great. I decided to have dinner at the property and that was also excellent starter, main and pudding. I played a round of golf whilst staying and they shuttled me to and from the course (only a few mins) and I was able to see Mt Kilimanjaro peak. Beautiful grounds, worth the visit even if you don’t want to play a round. Staff very welcoming and going above and beyond.

We definitely recommend OYA Guest House and can’t wait to come back on our next mission! The rooms were impeccably clean, the bed was the most comfortable of our entire journey, and the homemade food prepared by Jacky was exceptional. This is not a conventional lodge. The property consists of several separate houses, and meals are served individually at each, would be perfect for a honeymoon. The property is affiliated with an amazing foundation providing a range of educational and health care services. We spent a day visiting most sites, well worth it if you are interested. To other basic points, staff was beyond great, food excellent. The avocado toast at breakfast was the best I’ve ever tasted.

Superb location on the border to Arusha National Park. It is a big compound with half more wooded and the other half more open. Excellent for bird watchin and for strolling around. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The dog Pamba followed me round and was great company. I love the organic food and that the houses are cleverly build so that aircondition is not needed. No lawn mowers (sheep). Monkeys, Gennet and bush babies in the garden. The local bird excursion to some local wetlands in the village was excellent. I would like to return with my family
