From beginning to end. Customer Service was marvelous. Even the lady that set up the breakfast station was nice, friendly, and welcoming. She was able to communicate and work. The food was hot and fresh, I went down about 930ish bar over at 10. Everyone made eye contact... My room looked new, smelled fresh, was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a tv remote AND guide visible...
