The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The property is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely appointed with views of the water. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special food needs. A wonderful inn!

We will not stay at any other hotel in the future. Acadia Inn was fantastic! Easy check-in with friendly staff. Neat rooms and comfortable beds. There are many extras that make your stay enjoyable. For example, cold water and ice are available on the ground floor. Also free tea and coffee. In the late afternoon, a snack is laid out for guests to enjoy. A big treat was the fire and s’mores that can be roasted in the evening – all neatly packaged. Breakfast is fantastic. There is a wide variety of food with tea and coffee and also fruit juices. Thank you for the trail mix that we could pack ourselves in the morning. It was a wonderful stay and definitely good value for money.

Constance, Christopher and Sydney and their team at Bar Harbor were super welcoming, providing us with lots of info about hikes, restaurants and other 'good to know's'. Our suite in one of the separate houses in the back was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking, good location, quiet at night but walkable to the rest of the town. We loved being able to grab a coffee (and cookie ;-) or lemonade at the reception area, as well as a small take-out breakfast before hitting the road; small extras that make a difference.
