Arrived at the hotel late afternoon while the reception was quiet. I had booked a double room and was offered an upgrade at check in, paid an extra $25 and was very pleased to be given a huge room on the top floor of the hotel with an amazing view of the "Arch". Room was well appointed, large flat screen TV, coffee facilities, huge comfortable bed, bathroom with tub and shower plus good quality toiletries. There was a choice of two dining options in the hotel (+room service), casual in the bar or a full service restaurant, we opted for the latter and enjoyed a really good dinner. Service in the restaurant was friendly and professional the menu was varied and complimented by a good wine list. We had booked without breakfast so used the Starbucks located in the lobby for coffee and croissants, check out was at 11am. Valet parking was available at a reasonable rate and they got the car quickly to us when we were ready to leave. The location of the hotel is directly next to the arch, Mississippi River and the Gateway Arch National Park.

The staff here especially Natalia are just amazing! They make you feel so welcome from the second you arrive. Natalia was so lovely to us, even making us a cuppa tea when we couldn’t find our cards. She’s an absolute credit to this hotel & made our stay. The rooms are lovely & we had a great view of the arch. We’d def stay again in a heartbeat.

We arrived at night, two rooms, we bought one chihuahua dog, they charged $25 from two rooms for her, although the dog was alone in the morning, my questions were not returned, the money was not returned, they gave us the phone number of a manager who does not answer.. I lost time and $25 in this hotel. The air conditioner didn't work, it was very cold, the blankets were thin.. I'm terrible. I won't go there again..;(

Very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Convenient location for visiting Cahokia Mounds Historic Site and the Gateway Arch National Park. Very reasonably priced.
