I liked the fact the staff were very nice, from the very first day. We were so tired after driving from the airport (in huge city and under heavy rain) after a long flight. But the reception was very nice. Thank you for that! As a matter of fact, Washington DC people are the nicest; very polite and almost always in a good mood.

What a great house this was!

What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

The staff was knowledgeable and handled the very many football fans/guests really well. No one lost their cool and they were helpful. It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Would be a nice touch and free them up for saying they don't know.

Ms. Shanell was very professional and helped me with my reservation. The gentleman and ladies who prepared the morning breakfast were just great! The bed was so comfortable and being animal friendly was a plus as I had our dog with me. It was so cold the weekend I stayed, but the property made us feel warm with working heat, great attitudes and comfort. All the staff were great!

Our stay was very nice.

Our stay was very nice. The agent at the front desk at check-in was very informative and professional. The room was very stylish and clean. My wife loved the lighted mirror! The location of the hotel is near many stores, restaurants, and my wife's favorite spot, Krispy Cream, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

Everything shown in the photos is exactly what you receive, in addition to the excellent service within the hotel and its well-maintained rooms and facilities. This hotel looks like it was recently renovated so everything was pretty much clean and new. LOVED the breakfast, I'm a breakfast person and every day was 10/10. Also, everybody was very polite, I don't have any complaints :)

We were in the same hotel 18 months ago and it was much better, therefore we decide to go back but we have made a mistake with this choice. Unfortunately Hotel is very badly maintained.
