    This is a ghost town, there no people. the restaurants are empty and not very good. We only found a Thai restaurant The Basil it was very good and Vino's Pizza also very good. There is a nice hiking trail but that't about it. We had a great time because we went with friends but it is very sad to see Cities like this one.

    It was a beautiful part of Nevada to stay at and enjoy! Carson City is a great place to shop and explore. Not far away you are able to step back in time when visiting Virginia City. The beautiful mountains are a sight to remember along with the wild horses you are able to see every now and then. Lots of great restaurants to satisfy everyone!

    Centrally located for nearby sights and attractions. Ole Reds 69 is right next door and is an excellent BBQ place. Was never crowded driving around Carson City. Next time I will avoid going to lake Tahoe during the summer vacation season. Way too crowded.

    I have been staying at this property for more than ten years...

    I have been staying at this property for more than ten years, and I have tried other hotels in town but this is my favorite. The staff is always lovely, the property is clean and well lit, the breakfast is good. This is such a central location, right by the hospital & so very convenient but also right of the main drive & easy to go up and around to Reno.

    I don't like the drama that most of the born here people are...

    I don't like the drama that most of the born here people are about. I do like some of the scenery around carson city nv. My favorite restaurant is San Marcos grill. If you are new to this area and like the out doors you should go check out the water falls. That is a great place.

    Carson City is a wonderful City to visit it has many attractions that a lot of people are unaware that they have they have to train museum and other things they have a wonderful downtown pubs, casinos, all kinds of things that you can do with the family or for the adults or both.

    what breakfast, i liked that the manager did the best he could to correct a discrepancy with the room on a very busy weekend where all of carson city was booked. The refrigerator in my room was not working, so he brought one from somewhere and put it on a counter in the room so none of my food spoiled.

    I like that they had a microwave and coffeemaker in the room and still had free shampoo and lotion. Some hotels are not giving those out anymore. The room is clean even if the hotel is very rundown
