I’ll stay here again when I travel to Ann Arbor. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. Service and breakfast were great. Having guest laundry on the premises was very helpful.

I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. The decoration of the lobby, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff, all was amazing. Also, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bar has wonderful cocktails (very useful when it is rainy outside :) ). The hotel feels very cozy and safe.
