Very comfortable bed with a surplus of plush pillows. An excellent shower with good water pressure! Decent sized smart TV. The staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful! The price is incredibly reasonable considering you get a whole lot less and spend a whole lot more at other venues.

Outstanding hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful, room facilities are great, bed is comfortable and excellent wifi connection. Certainly one of the best options for business travel in New York City. The hotel's restaurant hosts a lively bar with DJing on weekend evenings, which is a welcome addition!

A true gem, absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything spotless, brand new, and with an amazing breakfast, it saved us a ton of money in an otherwise very expensive city. The room and bathroom both very spacious and with high quality Dove soaps and products, all very sensitive skin friendly. Great location, safe easy walk to the subway and train station. For the first night we got a room on the ground floor in front of the dining hall, it was noisy and smelly from 5am. We asked for a new room and the receptionist lady immediately did everything to make it happen in less than an hour. Another day when we had some misplaced towels, the cleaning staff was also eager to help and sort it out. When asking for late checkout, they were also very flexible and helpful. All in all, if there's one top thing to highlight here, it's the staff, they were always super attentive and customer focused, it made our stay very pleasant. Kudos to all of them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations when it comes to accessibility and convenience in the heart of New York City. Situated near multiple subway lines and just a short ride away from Manhattan, Whether it was heading to Times Square, Central Park, or any other Manhattan hotspot, the subway lines near the hotel made my commute a breeze. The hotel staff's warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience. The hotel staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff members were friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any inquiries.

Just keep in mind that this area has a lot of factories and at night is very very dark. I grew up in New York City and I did not realize that area is in Queens could be this dark. And the streets are very narrow if you are driving literally two-way streets should really be a one-way Street.

There are several shopping centers nearby, and some bus lines run through the area. It's a pleasant and very quiet neighborhood. We arrived at the hotel late at night several times and always felt safe.
