Perfect for a family holiday. Children loved the pool and the games room. Well equipped with everything that was needed and more, was well thought out.. Lots of personal little touches which helped make it feel like home. Would definitely recommend to any family that wanted accommodation in that area. Owners very helpful and approachable.

The area along the 27 has been developed in recent years,...

The area along the 27 has been developed in recent years, with a lot more restaurants, supermarkets and a big Walmart at Cagan Crossing. Where the 27 intersects the I4, Posner Common also offers big store shopping with Target, Dicks, Ross, Rack Room and Hobby Lobby. Easy access to Disney either via Funie Steed Road and Avalon Road to the west or up the I4 to the east, avoiding the traffic jams on the 192. We have stayed in Davenport many times and find it a quieter and easier locality than Kissimmee.

Love the Davenport area.

Love the Davenport area. We’ve owned two rental properties of our in the past , there’s plenty of good quality villas to choose from . Plenty to see and do besides Disney, especially if you like golf.

The house was amazing and we really appreciate getting us in...

The house was amazing and we really appreciate getting us in on such short notice. We wish we could have stayed another week. Would most definitely go back and or recommend to others. There were lots of places to shop and eat. Love Firstwatch we go when ever we can, great food.

Everything was exceptional.

Everything was exceptional. Lovely house, pictures actually look like what is being depicted. Very clean space with a lot of room for large or small families. We will most certainly be coming back to visit!

Our stay was only 13 miles from Disney but due to the horrific traffic, it took us an hour each morning to make the trip there. If you're going to Disney, do yourself a favor and stay on the north side of Route 4.

The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is...

The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is walking distance from the home. The water park could use a bit more amenities it was very basic. My home was ok, but it could use some help in upkeeping the condition of the home. The furniture could use some updating especially the sofa and the patio cushions. The staff could be a little bit more welcoming when entering the entrance of the waterpark. And the bigger water slide was not working for my entire 5 day stay. The lazy river was a bit too lazy for me. But that's just my opinion.

The perfect accommodation for our holiday. Located 30 minutes from Disney (longer with traffic ofc), it is located a little outside of the main tourist area, which we really liked. Lots of space, and the outdoor area is also really nice. The pool ended up being a bit cold without heating, but it was quite easy to get ahold of the owner to arrange payment and to get the heater on. I will definitely consider booking this villa again next time we’re in town

seating was comfy, kitchen was spacious and well equipped, with coffee machine and kettles, (as there was 2) beds were comfy and spacious too, plenty of bathrooms, to coupe will us all, contacting customer services, was ok and although not a quick response, my query was replied to, with explanation on what would happen. pool area was nice and pool was of good size.
