Shower and beds , personally a fan in the room would of been perfect for me. As i like the noise from the fan while sleeping. But the property for the price exceeded expectation..enjoyed the free laundry as well as complimentary breakfast. The gym should of been open 24/7. That's my only complaint if there was one.

The shuttlle service from the airport was super efficient, Check in was smooth and the room was large with comfy bed and a great shower. There is a food truck just outside the hotel that has all the comfort foods.

Its very spacious..great gym..clean pool ..I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at holiday inn..my favorite spots were dolphin mall and miami international mall among other places nearby..it was very easy and safe to get around in Doral

We had a pleasant stay.although there was a problem at the beginning our booking wasn't registered it was nicely taken care of.The room was nice ,water&ice outside the room, Clean, comfortable,nice staff, breakfast & location.

It fulfilled my expectations.

It fulfilled my expectations. I needed a quick overnight place to stay to accommodate 3 adults. I got the queen double beds room. It was clean and spacious room with all the accommodations we expected. Not over the top but we didn’t need or want it. There were some noisy guests down the hall but they quieted down by the time we retired.

Excellent location, the room was spotless, the breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a mall, and shops. I highly recommend it and will definitely book again for my next vacation 😊

Very good area, easy to get around, Uber works very well for those of us who don't rent a car, there are shopping centers nearby where you can get food, as well as shops for shopping and very close to the Dolphin Mall Shopping Center

Based on what I've said, I believe I've been clear about the situation I experienced, which doesn't reflect well on either the hotel or Booking.com. I wouldn't recommend it. I've stayed at other hotels in the same chain in different parts of the world and never had a similarly opaque situation.

Staff is very friendly and location is extremely convenient - near the airport, next door to a mall and with lots os dining options nerby. Beds are really confortable and the toiletries are pretty good (all Dove, no wierd shampoos that don't rinse properly). Breakfast is great, with a decent ammount of options to choose from.

Close enough to Miami airport but far enough to not hear constant planes. The room was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children. Room had a well stocked kitchen. Very modern. Free parking. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym with complimentary towels. Check-out is at midday.

Nice room nice staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, complimentary coffee all day, location was good for us as we were at the end of a long trip and needed rest and shopping.very close to Dolphin outlet mall which was a success also good restaurant nearby (BJ).
