Overall the area and environment was great.

Overall the area and environment was great. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The hot water shower and bathroom sink was lit! LOL The staff was nice and pleasant and cared to our needs and were very helpful. The facility was clean. We slept very well each night. The two queen sized bed- room could be a lot more spacious, and the furniture could be more updated.

Glen Mills is a launch point for a lot of fun.

Glen Mills is a launch point for a lot of fun. Whether visiting Longwood Gardens, or any of the many other Brandywine Valley sights, you are perfectly located to do so. Shopping and restaurants galore. Even a movie theater if you want to see a show. Nemours, Winterthur, the list is endless. Brandywine Zoo isn't but a short ride down the 202. Wegmans supermarket is one traffic light away if you have any needs.

There was so much wrong!

There was so much wrong! I booked a two bed room- when we arrived only 1 bed room was available. There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling and we had to check for cameras in the hole. There are ROACHES PEOPLE!! The fridge does not keep food cold- and it’s on max cold. The furniture is not stable. So disgusting 🤮 I just want my money back.

Only good part of our one night stay was breakfast. For such a hotel what you expect, i would say it was better than that. Clean, ample quantities with smiling staff. Breakfast area was good too.

Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub most. I enjoy the breakfast and clean room. Also the room had a bathtub. So many hotels only have showers. I love that my room had a bathtub.
