When myself and my family arrived at the hotel on Thursday...
When myself and my family arrived at the hotel on Thursday the 11th, we were greeted friendly desk person, the only thing wrong with it was the gentleman who first told us we didn't have a reservation, he said he couldnt find it. I told him it was booked by Booking's. Took the desk clerk about 15 minutes then he didnt understand that we wanted rooms next to each other. The room when we finally got to it was very clean. As the days went by the housekeeping wasn't doing a very good job, we came back to the hotel from being out all day on Sat. our rooms were not cleaned, no beds made everything looked horrible.Guest review byPotter
