Super friendly staff, they even checked on me after I got to me room to make sure everything was okay. Bed was comfortable, great pillows, very clean room and bathroom and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was of good quality, I was impressed! Good coffee, good food, mango infused water, just great stuff!

I was on a business trip, so I didn't have much time to explore the city. However, it's clear that it's a nice place, with good restaurants and pubs. There's a great brewery called Boulevard with a nice pub on site, and several other pubs throughout the town.

My family and I came from pa and stayed at this location for a viewing. The property was beautiful and staff was accommodating until they weren’t. Our second day getting ready for the viewing the ceiling vent came down from the ceiling (wasn’t screwed in it was just placed their by tension ) putting small gash in my head causing bleeding I called. The front desk . Maintenance was sent up . I spoke about what happened and when I mentioned how It fell on my head he replied with oh well that’s just water you’re fine ) as the blood drips down the back of my ear. The maintenance man leaves and says he’ll be back two hours go by we need the bathroom to start getting ready.I go to front desk to ask about switching rooms. I could sense the tension from asking to switch it. They reluctantly switched but I was a song and a dance. I want looking for anything special just come compassion or empathy as we were already dealing with a difficult time. Aside from that issue the hotel was nice but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this specific one any time in the future.

Kansas City, MO is a very nice city and surrounding area.

Kansas City, MO is a very nice city and surrounding area. Wonderful restaurants and hotels to choose from. Great museums to locate and enjoy. KC Royals and KC Chiefs have two super nice stadiums and loads of parking. Driving in and around KC requires a bit of pre-planning but using your phone's GPS capabilities relieves the stress. We ate at Maggiano's Little Italy in Overland Park, KS and at Jack Stack BBQ located within the Country Club Plaza area in KC, MO. Both restaurants are SUPERB.

we stayed at hotel kansas city last year and we absolutely loved it, we came to watch the superbowl and root the Kansas Coty Chiefs on, so we had to come back and stay here again, the history of the hotel is so intriguing to us, we love the old time feel and the luxury of it all, the hotel lobby bar/food was great and i love the little coffee bar, we will def be back another time
