Knoxville is a really friendly town.

Knoxville is a really friendly town. We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Marriott. Also, it is close to our son's house and to town. We also enjoy eating at Calhoun's Restaurant. We went to mass on Sunday and everyone was friendly. We feel safe walking in downtown Knoxville. There is a lot to do. One time during our visit we went to a radio station for a radio program. It was such a wonderful time. We never have had trouble finding a parking spot. We also like the Knoxville Zoo.

Only stayed 1 night to bring my daughter back to college

Only stayed 1 night to bring my daughter back to college Everything about the hotel and rooms was great except no microwave in the rooms we stayed in. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were excellent, beds were very soft and comfy, and clean. Everything was great. We'll be back! I give this hotel a 10

this hotel will double charge you for your room and act like its nothing and they refuse to make any attempts to make it right! i booked a king bed and the room i received was a double queen. the total for my room was suppose to be $354.90 for a 2 night stay but the next morning i wake up and they had charged me $709.80 then acted like it was nothing, told me to wait 10 days to see if it goes back in my account then file a complaint. I attempted to file a complaint with customer service and the lady told me all she can do is put in a request! i 100% do not recommend anybody stay with this criminal establishment!

My reason for going to Knoxville was to visit my daughter who is attending the University of Tennessee. While Knox is certainly a college town, it has great restaurants, unique shopping and all the major amenities you would expect. There's plenty to do in the surrounding areas as well. The pace is not as as bustling as Nashville and the number of airlines you can choose to fly in and out is very limited. Overall, it's a great place to visit or if you have to be there for business or personal reasons, you can have a very pleasant stay.

There is so much to see, do and eat there!

There is so much to see, do and eat there! We only had two days to cram it all in, but we got to walk a botanical garden, shop two antique stores and a kitchen store, eat at a French cafe, see the gold ball, visit with friends and have a picnic at a beautiful park! The weather in April was perfect!

Clean and very convenient to restaurants and pharmacies.

Clean and very convenient to restaurants and pharmacies. Closest hotel to my daughter‘s house. Receptionist was very polite. Need more of a variety on your cookies and snacks and pop that is available. Not everybody can eat chocolate chips. It was very comfortable. TV was not user-friendly.

The room was big and clean and had everything we needed inside. The bed was so comfortable, so glad we got the king bed. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods. Great parking around the hotel and was nearby stores if we needed them.
