Perfect location, walking distance from the downtown. At the same time, it is a quiet place, with a view on a canal, with its own pool and bbq area. The manager of the hotel, Oksana, is the best, cheerful, and ready to help anytime. She knows the location very well and gives super tips about the places you can visit and have fun.

Loved the decor, hated the noise in hallway at night.

Loved the decor, hated the noise in hallway at night. Hated that guests kids could run amuck. I can't say I wouldn't recommend it, but if you are looking for a peaceful night sleep, this is not the place.

Seems like a quiet community.

Seems like a quiet community. The hotel staff did not educate customers on the area and I did not have WIFI so did not search local places. I really dont know much about Lauderhill. It may well be a very nice place but the staff did not share anything about the local area. The hotel seems to exist separate from the community.

Everything was very clean and the hotel was recently...

Everything was very clean and the hotel was recently renovated. There's no carpet, which is great and makes the environment much cleaner and more uncluttered. Light-colored floors in the rooms. Very attentive staff. The location is good. I would definitely stay again.
