The bar and restaurant were excellent. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Although I skipped breakfast during my stay, the bar and restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience that truly enhanced my visit. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. It was evident that they take pride in delivering great hospitality, making each guest feel valued and welcomed. The hotel itself is newly remodeled and absolutely stunning. The decor is modern yet inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the overall cleanliness of the property. Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent. I use this hotel every time I fly in from the UK. It is close to all of the amenities my wife and I require and access to my home where I grew up is only 15 minute drive away. I find this to be an excellent property and to me is located near everything you would need. The staff are excellent any time of day or night.

Room was great BUT airport shuttle was a nightmare for us with freezing temperature etc. We waited for an hour and a half THEN a local man called the hotel!!!

For me, this hotel was adequate to spend the night in order...

For me, this hotel was adequate to spend the night in order to catch a flight the next morning. I think it was overpriced for the room with it's non-functioning lamps and a sink that didn't drain well. At least it came with an airport shuttle and continental breakfast. The cleanliness was a little questionable but it was dark and difficult to see. The night reception staff were not very friendly but they were courteous and check-in was quick and easy through booking.com. The only "food" places that were open when I arrived at 8 pm and just next door were a Burger King and a Popeye's.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi. The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions. fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA. THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's

I would have rated this hotel as excellent except that the shuttle from the airport was so poor. We waited at the airport for long enough to recall to the hotel twice to ask where the shuttle was. When it arrived, the driver only reluctantly left the cab to open the doors and help with bags. We then drove around a number of other arrivals where there was no-one waiting, and only finally arrived st the hotel 1 Hour Later! Sort this problem out and we would up our rating as the hotel was good value for money and perfectly acceptable.

Their customer care is exceptional I’ve been to Florida Miami 3 different hotels and in New York 3 different hotel as well including the five inn , but this one I recommend to anyone 101 % , when professionalism & passion meet that’s all I can say , they arranged a van to the airport free of charge , breakfast was free , rooms were clean , their services are transparent no hidden costs , I loved this hotel

JFK airport very close, 20mn from the hôtel (due to traffic), shuttle services very good with a very funy and gentle driver, the breakfast could be a bit ameliorated, but the dinning room is very small, so first arrived, first will have a seat... expecially between 7:00 and 9:00am, over that I strongly recommend this hôtel, Jean-paul.

The good thing about this airport hotel is that it offers a shuttle from and to JFK. In the hotel's area are many shopping options and many restaurants. Connecting to Manhattan would be best using the shuttle to JFK and continuing from there with local transport.
