Well we were there in one of the worst winter storms that I...
Well we were there in one of the worst winter storms that I have seen in my life time. Things progressively got worse and worse . The snow and ice was catastrophic we eventually lost water, heat and electricity as the temp was already at around 16 degrees and lower at times. Things got dicey and miserably cold to the point we struggled to get out and on our way back home. But the scenery was beautiful still until we lost the utilities. To no fault of the town. It was just plain old mother nature rairing her head for a few days. We will always return to the lake as we have many good times that out weigh this bad experience.

The location worked out great for the business we had to handle. The hotel didn't serve breakfast. But the Fishermans Gally had a great breakfast. The hotel accepted pets, but failed to notify the customers until the next day when we woke up that there would be an additional $50.00 pet fee , that we wern't notified about. Outside of that it was great, clean and quiet.

This is a basic, no-frills motel but I have stayed in expensive hotels which were not as spotlessly clean as this place. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were not worn out, the room smelled fine and the bathroom was a genuine pleasure to use. The owner is friendly, helpful and honest. I'll be back.

We don't get the hotel room at all and I booking online so we have to go to another hotel room 12miles way.We was not happy at all no breakfast 😕

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. It is very easy access to and from the property
