Liked: The staff were very helpful and professional. Had issues with our initial room (see below) and the staff gave us an upgrade! Thank you! Disliked: Pool was cloudy. Bathtub drain was plugged. Toilet was noisy and made loud groaning sounds periodically. Would have kept us awake. We were transferred to another room. Fitness center was poor - TV didn't work, no weight machines or weights. No mats. No water cooler. No hand sanitizer. No moist towels to wipe down equipment. Fire alarm went off a few times due to sanding of walls in a utility room. Guests were not notified and were not informed that it was a false alarm. Led to some confusion.

The hotel was clean., the beds very comfortable. There were a lot of options for breakfast. Checkout wasn't until 12 pm which was so great. No rushing to get up early and leave. The family was able to get in the pool and play for awhile and still had time to get ready to leave! which added another great memory to our Knoebles trip ! Highly recommend!
