We ended up not staying due to the pool and hot tub being down, the manager went above and beyond for us, Heather Johnson, was able to get our reservation cancelled with no penalty and called another property to make sure theirs was working. She was one of he most polite helpful front desk people we have ever come across while staying at hotels. Thank you again Heather for helping us get a place with a pool and hot tub , we ended up at Americ inn in Stevens Point which was very nice also! We need more employees like Heather!!!!

We recently had a really bad stay at quality inn and coming back to our normal Wyndham hotels was so refreshing. Thank you for all you do!!

Breakfast was great. Pool water at a very comfortable temp. Room was large and comfortable. Quiet at night.
