(1) Exceptional hospitality and service standards: host Charles took the trouble to check in at 630am in the early morning to enquire if the wifi router was working well. Charles was also super prompt in responding to any queries. I also truly appreciate the complimentary bowl of Hershey kisses and chocolate crunches, many thanks! (2) The room was exquisite and tastefully furnished… (3) The room was very clean, and towels even had the scent of fresh flowers!

Great location, run by a sweet indian family…felt safe. I dont know why this property is rated low…Inn is right next to heritage canal trail so perfect stop for a long bike trip…room was clean and had everything i had hoped for

Very clean, employees were all very nice and friendly. There was no hot breakfast l. When we booked our stay the hot breakfast was suppose to be included in the cost of our stay. It was not and there was no advance notice regarding the change.

The Clarion was a fine place to sleep and to use as a base for activities near New Haven. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and—most of all—the staff was incredible. Everyone from the front desk team to the maintenance workers to the housekeepers was wonderfully friendly and professional. Honestly, they make the place.
