I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — always kind, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and warmth created a very comfortable and positive atmosphere throughout my stay. The facilities are top-notch. Everything feels new, modern, and immaculately clean. My room was spacious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. The overall cleanliness of the hotel really stood out — from the lobby and hallways to the elevators and common areas, everything looked spotless at all times. The pool area was absolutely lovely. It’s wide, very well maintained, and the water was crystal clear. There were plenty of sunbeds and towels available, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful afternoon. The gym was another pleasant surprise. It’s very well equipped, with modern machines, free weights, and small but thoughtful details like fresh water, clean towels, and even apples for guests. It’s rare to find such a complete and well-kept fitness area in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent — generous, delicious, and with several healthy options to choose from. I especially appreciated the variety of fresh fruit, natural juices, cereals, eggs, pastries, and light alternatives. It was the perfect way to start each morning. The location is also ideal: close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of exceptional service, great facilities, and attention to every detail makes it a place I’d recommend without hesitation. I’m already looking forward to staying here again!

THE HOTEL IS NASTY.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account.

Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!

Located close to hwy 95.

Located close to hwy 95. Hotel not clean, garbage on elevator floor, hallway dirty, tub rusty. Water bathroom sink ran on counter top. Would not recommend to anyone. Stayed one night only because we were tired.

There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat.

There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat. It was a safe an clean place to visit and dine on the beach. We ate at Shuckers on the beach where you could see all the beautiful boats. We were there waiting to go in a cruise and see Miami. It was beautiful!

The pictures don't look too bad, and the location was close to where I needed to be, until I entered the elevator. Everything goes downhill from there, this hotel is old and run down. Just one look at the clientele that enters says it all, I could be wrong but I had the impression it was a location for drug running and prostitution. I do understand not everyone has the same budget, but there was no way I could lay my head on that bed or pillows. Stay clear if you can afford it.

I spent 5 nights in the studio, which was equipped exactly as in the description. I think a big bonus would be to have the washing machine and dishwasher, but apart from that, I found everything I needed in the place. Nice owner, but not intrusive, lots of privacy. Interesting art inside. Quiet at night. For me it is a way better option than a hotel.

I will tell you the truth.management needs to put money into this hotel.too many things not working ice machines soda machine lights hanging by one screw no hangers in the room rusty hangers rack AC works good but is outdated.not bar no food. I wish the best but you need to do better stop being so cheap thank you

Good location if you want to visit North Miami Beach area. It's 15min drive. There are also plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket right across the street. The pool didn't look so inviting, but it was also there. We didn't risk when choosing a hotel and didn't ask for much more than this.
