The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This very rustic Charming Hotel is short on modernization but there's no shortage of charm and Superior stuff. That's not the fanciest hotel but it's the most comfortable I've been in a long time it's very rustic but it's better than anything in Chico and I know that because I moved to this hotel after 2 days in Chico. I even overbooked the night and they were kind enough to cancel that overbooking. Paradise is lovely and well on her way to being back on her feet.

Location was easy to find & perfect for our plans. The extremely destructive wildfires here @ 7 yrs. ago did not destroy all of this lovely area. Still lots of trees, & the most friendly, helpful community. This inn's continental breakfast had the most diverse, plentiful offerings we have ever seen. And it is beautifully landscaped, including amazing Hallowe'en decorations!

We love Ponderosa Gardens motel. It’s the second time we’ve stayed there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and the pool was awesome!
